We just returned from a fabulous cruise all set-up for us by Linda O'Neal. She did all the work for us and even treated us to a special dinner for our anniversary. All we had to do was enjoy and have fun !! She is great at advising us about the ship, "RC Wonder of the Seas", and helpful hints. Linda made cruising so relaxing. She even watched to see where our stateroom was going to be and changed it when she thought we could have a better placement. Linda is so helpful and great to work with. Randy & I would definitely recommend Linda for any future cruising plans.

She walked us through everything and even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport so we didn't have to drag our luggage to catch a train. She will set up anything you need. Our family vacationed this past June on the Holland Eurodam in Alaska. Linda O'Neal as our travel agent and she did an outstanding job in all of the arrangements. We were traveling with 2 elderly parents and there was a lot of coordinating with transportation and wheelchairs etc. and she helped with all of my questions. Our beautiful cabins were spacious, the ship was clean, and the staff was great and knew our names by the end of the first day. Last September, my wife and I began planning for a summer cruise to involve 10 family members…including five grandchildren. Fortunately, we took a friend’s advice and secured the services of Linda O’Neal of Cruise Planners - St. Pete. This could not have been a better decision. I have always made all my own travel plans for cruising and other trips for the past 25 years. My sister has used Linda for years and has always suggested Linda to assist, but I always wanted to do everything myself. It wasn’t until this past year in October when I had some questions reference to different cruise lines. We have always booked with Royal Caribbean. Not only did Linda provide excellent cruise advice. She carefully suggested another cruise line with a better itinerary. she was cautious on her suggestion as she didn’t want to sway us away from our original plans. We ended up going with her suggestion and we were extremely happy with her cruise selection. Our cruise was a 17 night cruise to Hawaii on Holland American. Prior to the cruise we were busy with Christmas and a trip up to GA. We got back just 3 days before we were to fly out to CA for our cruise. I still had to print everything out for the cruise along with tickets we purchased through one of her shore excursion travels sites (not the cruise line). When we received our mail there was a package/folder from Linda. She had printed everything out that we needed for our check in process for the cruise, our shore excursions tickets, our luggage tags (folded) and a printed copy of our travel insurance policy. We purchased the travel insurance through a company she uses which was cheaper than the cruise ship. Once I saw all the stuff she had already printed out and how it was nicely prepared and organized. I was able to relax a little more and I was able to concentrate on other stuff I needed to do instead of having to print everything out. Based on this one experience with Linda I have since booked two additional cruises with her and transferred two others I already had booked prior to meeting her. Linda takes her time with you and she makes sure you understand everything that is being discussed. She is very knowledgeable in the cruise industry and I highly recommend Linda to assist you in your next travel plans. As usual, Linda made our trip exceptional! We would not normally choose the Aqua class, but Linda found a room style we would normally choose which had features and benefits that match our taste. This Apex 9248 Infinite Verandah room included the thermal suite and BLU which we thoroughly enjoyed! Without Linda’s knowledge, we would not have known it existed for a small amount more than a traditional Infinite Verandah room. We have used and recommended Linda O’Neal of Cruise Planners for over 10 years and will continue to do so forever. Looking forward to our next cruise which we are trying to plan now for this coming year. Can’t say enough good things about the Apex. I booked my first cruise in 2010 with Linda and have booked at least one every year since then with her. She is always a pleasure to deal with. She takes care of everything for you from the initial booking to checking in and makes everything so easy. This year I had booked one with her and put a deposit down. We found out after that we would not be able to do that cruise. If I had booked directly through the cruise line I would have lost my deposit. However, because I booked it through her I got my deposit back. I highly recommend booking with Linda. You will not be disappointed! She is the best! I recently traveled with friends in October for a European cruise, we spent 4 days in Rome, then boarded a 10 day cruise on Celebrity, it was my first overseas and cruise trip. Linda O'Neal did an awesome job, planning this trip for us. By chance, Sally met Linda at Costco and they got talking about Cruising. Sally had taken many cruises before we got married and I only took one that was a disaster. Linda O'Neal is an awesome Travel Agent. She is very knowledegable. She helped plan our first cruise. We loved it. She is hands on from beginning to end. We had an amazing cruise through Alaska at an incredible price and I barely lifted a finger.
